Expert with 20+ years of industry and consulting experience across government, metals and mining, energy and automotive industries in Europe, Asia and Middle East, Iryna is also an author of the book “Building Effective Procurement Organization”.
Iryna brings to the table extensive experience in private and public sectors in the role of Chief Procurement Officer and Projects Director managing international teams and implementing big-scale transformation projects in operational efficiency, procurement and supply management, digital strategy and continuous improvement.
Selected experience
–In the roles of Chief Procurement Officer and Transformation Program Director designed and executed complex transformation programs both in private and public sectors covering ~$2.5B in annual spend, including development of the functional strategy, governance and operating models, performance management, leading organizational and supporting processes change.
–Implemented multiple cost reduction and improvement initiatives in procurement, supply and maintenance, manufacturing & R&D in metals and mining, including development and education of local vendors and SMEs. Led wide range of direct and indirect categories from raw materials and CAPEX supply and construction to facilities management and professional services
Led strategic sourcing for large-scale construction projects and maintenance services in Europe, CIS and Asia.
–In consulting role at Kearney she has developed governance and operating model for government import monitoring, a number of category management strategies for government and private entities in construction, oil&gas, energy sectors, supplier relationship management operating model for a major IT sector government entity in the Middle East.
–Developed and implemented digital procurement strategies, covering implementation of ERP systems and point solutions., e.g., electronic bidding platforms, automated reporting for performance management, process mining, etc.
–Led full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project covering 20K active users. Has practical experience in application of Agile and SCRUM methodology.
–Having developed and conducted training and coaching programs in procurement and project management, she is a visiting lecturer to business schools on the subjects of leadership, procurement and operational excellence, as well as change management.
