Forecast accuracy improved from 67% to 86%.


A monthly S&OP cycle was up and running within six weeks of go-live, replacing ad-hoc planning meetings across all three business units. 


The planning optimizer runs in 5–15 minutes covering approximately 4,000 labeled SKUs and 50,000 customer-product combinations.
